James Avera Arrested For Running Over Ex-Girlfriend's Head With His Truck

A South Florida man was arrested on Sunday for allegedly running over his ex-girlfriend's head with his truck in West Palm Beach, reports the Palm Beach Post. The victim, Toni Baran, 35, only sustained minor injuries and had to get her earlobe re-attached at St. Mary's Medical Center.
According to the probable cause affidavit obtained by Palm Beach Post, Baran was hanging onto 51-year-old James Avera's truck arguing with him when he pushed her off.
Witnesses say Baran fell right into the truck's path and although they yelled for Avera to stop, he kept driving. The truck bounced in the air when it ran over her head,

Her head was run over by a truck and she only had minor injuries!!!!

Oh my gosh!

Either this woman's head is as hard as a brick or God took hold of the truck, so it wouldn't crush her.

Witnesses did say the truck bounced after hitting her head.
