How drunk are you that your 9 year old daughter has to jump from the car that you're driving?
This is a case of child abuse as well.

This is most definitely a case of child endangerment and someone needs to step in for this little girl.

Not only that, why was she still driving after all of those DUI's ?

there was one like that in either KY or TN, it seems that the person's court dates were further out then them getting drunk. example: they get the DUI on Jan 10th, bond out, court date March 15th, get DUI on Jan 28th, bond out, court date April 10th, get DUI on Feb 1st, bond out, court date May 2nd.... Finally, the Judge noted the numerous DUI's and court dates, set the bond so high, the person couldn't bail out (the bond amount got appealed but not before)....the Judge got the prosecutor and court clerks together and made one court date, for February for all counts.
Of course not all Judges are that smart. :(

Too bad for that little girl. I was raised by an alcoholic too, it's not good any way you look at it.

rtg, when your dealing with anyone with a substance abuse problem, everybody suffers. I'm sorry that you know that from experience.

she's like 47...long past knowing better..good thing she's not out on bond...she doesn't look like she's into being reformed any time soon.
