Kurdilla and a companion, James Perry, were arrested Jan. 15 after a drug-sniffing dog at the U.S.-Mexico border "alerted to a narcotic odor" in the woman's "groin area."
According to a statement of probable cause, the 22-year-old Pennsylvania woman twice denied that she was bringing anything back from Mexico.
But despite those denials, U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents determined that Kurdilla had a condom filled with 100 grams of cocaine -- worth several thousand dollars -- “within her vaginal cavity,”
